This section describes how QS Capital Advisors collects, uses, and protects mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information. It applies to all text messages sent from QS Capital Advisors to your mobile device.

Program Description

The QS Capital Advisors SMS program sends conversational and informational text messages from members of the QS Capital Advisors team to clients, prospective clients, and individuals who have requested information about our mergers & acquisitions advisory services.

How You Opt In & Consent to Receive Messages

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from QS Capital Advisors by submitting your mobile phone number through the booking form at qsca.com/book, by providing your mobile phone number to a member of our team by email, phone, or written agreement and confirming you wish to receive text messages, or by replying to a message from us with an opt-in keyword such as START or YES.

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from QS Capital Advisors at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from QS Capital Advisors.

Types of Messages

You may receive booking and appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedules, conversational follow-ups from a member of our team in response to your inquiry, informational updates, and occasional marketing or promotional messages about our M&A advisory services. Example: "QSCA: confirming your consultation for Tuesday at 2:00 PM Central. Reply STOP to opt out."

Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies based on your engagement with us and is typically fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out & Help

You can opt out of SMS messages from QS Capital Advisors at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send you additional messages unless you opt in again. Privacy of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and text messaging opt-in data are used only by QS Capital Advisors to send the messages you requested, respond to your inquiries, provide message support, maintain compliance records, and operate the SMS program.

We may disclose mobile information only to vendors that help us deliver or support our text messaging program, and only as necessary to provide those services, or where disclosure is required by law. Those vendors are not permitted to use mobile information, SMS consent, or opt-in data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. Except for mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, and text messaging opt-in data, which are governed by the SMS privacy terms above, we may share information with BA Securities, LLC and other regulated affiliates as required to deliver securities and investment banking services, service providers that support our website, scheduling, email, SMS, and analytics under confidentiality obligations, and regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations under FINRA and applicable securities laws. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to legal and regulatory recordkeeping requirements. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link, and opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
